Pine & Ginger Studio creates made-to-order and small-batch handcrafted products. Because each piece is custom or personalized, **we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed orders**.

Once your order ships, it's final. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece — but because most items are personalized, printed, or custom-cut to your specifications, we cannot resell returned products.

✦ Quality Guarantee

We inspect every order before shipment. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced due to our error, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

✦ Before You Order

Review product photos, descriptions, and personalization details carefully. If you have questions about materials, sizing, colors, or customization options, reach out before completing your purchase. We're happy to clarify anything.

✦ Personalization & Custom Orders

Custom design projects are non-refundable once production begins. We'll work through design concepts and revisions with you before production starts — once approved, the order is final.

✦ Exceptions

We accept returns only in these cases:
- Item arrived damaged or defective (our error)
- Item received incorrect or significantly different from product description (our error)
- Custom order produced with wrong personalization details (our error)

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund your order.

✦ Digital Products

Digital downloads (Canva templates, printable files) are non-refundable. You'll have instant access upon purchase.
